MediGO Launches a Philanthropic Initiative- MediGO Cares

Baltimore, MD (April 20, 2022): MediGO, a first-of-its-kind healthcare supply chain logistics platform that enables real-time management of time-sensitive medical resources on a centralized communication channel, has a mission to care for the journey of every life critical resource in the world. With that in mind, the company has decided to create a philanthropic initiative called MediGO Cares. The timing of this initiative coincides with National Donate Life Month. April is an opportune time to highlight the heroes that donate and receive life. On April 22nd , Blue and Green Day, the public is encouraged to wear blue and green and to engage in sharing the Donate Life message and promoting the importance of registering as an organ, eye and tissue donor. MediGO’s corporate colors are blue and green, aligning with this engaging community.

“Giving back to help the transplant community is part of our philanthropic duty,” explains Scott Plank, co-founder, and CEO. MediGO will assist with awareness and fundraising for organizations synchronized with its mission. “It is so important to take care of organ transplant patients, before, during and after transplant to ensure the gifts are protected. I am proud of the MediGO team and their passion for helping the people related to these life-saving transplants.”

MediGO will raise money for transplant-oriented charities, have a day of volunteering and engage with multiple organizations to raise awareness for organ transplant donors and recipients. For more information, please visit www.gomedigo.io/medigo-cares.
