This role will establish, advance, and maintain relationships with all decision makers. This position is responsible for the development of all new market growth within the geography. This includes the role of "quarterbacking" sales activities, execution, and implementation of strategy for all commercial growth in the area.
• Develop strong and trusted relationships with C-suite across the OPO and transplant center industry.
• Manage the sales process of Scoutline into new OPOs and health care systems
• Build support from physicians and administration for MediGO
• Identify key stakeholders in the geography, generate market awareness and drive sales in a designated sales region.
• Achieve quarterly sales targets
• Build MediGO advocacy teams at each OPO alongside geographically aligned Customer Success Manager
• Develop initial contact and relationship with CEO and senior hospital administrators
• Organize and manage the sales process
• Handle all communications and administrative follow-up
• Build trusted relationships amongst various stakeholders and functional leads with the client and MediGO teams
• Aid in customer acquisition and retention strategies by working closely Customer Success, Operations and Marketing.
